Sage Physical Therapy does not offer Medicare-covered physical therapy services. We are happy to provide a referral to another provider. If you choose, you may decline Medicare-covered services and elect to receive non-covered wellness services at Sage.
Our non-covered services include patient education; manual techniques, including internal pelvic floor support and exercise guidance.
