At your appointment you will receive personalized care from our compassionate and experienced team of midwives.
Your visit may include:
family planning
preconception counseling
testing and treatment for vaginal and urinary tract infections
PAP testing
STI testing and treatment
menopause support, including hormone replacement
customized herbal and nutritional recommendations
prescription medications
Initial Appointment: $250 (1 1/2 hours)
Established patients: $200 (1 hour)

Ten Moons is out-of-network with all carriers. Insurance billing will be provided on request via our professional billing service. Payment of all fees are kindly requested at the time of service, and insurance payments will be made to you in the form of a reimbursement via your insurance carrier.
Labs will be collected by your midwife and sent to a laboratory that is in-network with your insurance, such as LabCorp. If you are a self-pay client, labs are available at a reduced rate via Sunrise Laboratories.

Yes, we have an office in Winchester and in Front Royal. All gynecology appointments are scheduled in our Winchester office at Sage Center for Women’s Health.
