Keto Flexibility for Midlife
a 6-week journey
As women, our bodies undergo a profound hormonal shift during midlife.
If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause, you’ve likely noticed that
the nutrition and exercise habits that worked beautifully in your 20s and 30s aren’t serving you any longer.
When estrogen levels drop, our cells naturally become more resistant to insulin,
and our bodies become deeply sensitive to cortisol, the stress hormone.
Let’s create a smart, midlife metabolic framework, incorporating the benefits of keto without the crashes.
6-week program includes 3 in-person workshops and virtual support throughout.
This 6-week community journey is designed to help your body shift cleanly between burning carbohydrates and burning fat. By pairing smart meal timing with clean nutrition, we will unlock steady brain energy, support muscle health, burn fat and cool systemic inflammation.
HSA/FSA eligible
Hormonal changes in midlife lead to significant changes in women’s bodies.
The research reinforces our experience:
“During menopause, decline in circulating estrogen is coincident with decline in brain bioenergetics
and shift towards a metabolically compromised phenotype”
“The KD (ketogenic diet) was more effective than the low-calorie diet
in significantly reducing body
weight, body mass index (BMI), and waist circumference (WC).”
Join our 6-week journey
built for the unique physiology of women in midlife and beyond!

Workshop 1: The Foundation & Circadian Alignment
We kick off with a live unboxing of your glucose and ketone tracking kit and will take the first reading together. We’ll discuss the metrics we’re going to track, perform some individual assessments during the workshop, and dive into the science of changing hormones. We’ll explain the benefits and research on ketosis and how to facilitate ketone production in your body with week-by-week recommendations for the transition into metabolic flexibility.
Workshop 2: Deepening Adaptation & Troubleshooting
Bring your workbooks to class. We will analyze your glucose and ketone data together, troubleshooting any challenges and build on the educational foundation of our first workshop. We’ll review meal-planning strategies to ensure plenty of fiber-rich veggies alongside your protein and fat.
Workshop 3: Future-Proofing & Celebration
We will review your body composition shifts, celebrate your transformation and clarify the route ahead for long-term health and vitality! This celebration will include our favorite keto-friendly treats.
