Brandie will guide you through a slower-paced yoga class, designed to open up your body and calm your mind.
With a focus on breath and mindful movement, you’ll flow through postures at a relaxed pace, holding each pose long enough to explore it’s benefits.
Perfect for relieving stress and creating a sense of tranquility, this class invites you to build both strength and flexibility.
