Sara Davis, MS, MPH, CNS, LDN, PTA
Sara is a licensed clinical nutritionist and physical therapist assistant with over 25 years of experience in integrative healthcare. She earned a dual degree in Biology and Psychology from George Mason University, completed her Physical Therapist Assistant degree, and later earned a Master of Science in Nutrition and a Master of Public Health.
Her work focuses on women’s health, with particular attention to pelvic health and the interconnected systems that influence how women feel and function across the lifespan. Sara’s background allows her to bring together two complementary areas of practice: hands-on manual therapy within a collaborative physical therapy setting, and integrative nutrition and lifestyle wellness support through her role as a licensed nutritionist.
Within physical therapy, Sara draws on years of outpatient orthopedic experience to provide thoughtful, hands-on pelvic health care. Her work is informed by advanced manual therapy training and shaped by a whole-body perspective that considers how the pelvis, spine, hips, and neck often influence one another—especially in women experiencing persistent pain or complex pelvic health conditions.
Alongside her clinical work, Sara offers nutrition and lifestyle support grounded in functional medicine principles. This includes attention to nutrient status, digestion, hormonal balance, stress, and daily habits, helping to identify factors that may influence healing and overall well-being.
Sara has a special interest in supporting women navigating endometriosis, as well as those moving through fertility challenges, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. She values an integrative, compassionate approach when working with women whose symptoms are often complex, longstanding, or misunderstood.
Her approach is patient-centered and rooted in careful listening and thoughtful assessment. Sara believes healing is most effective when the body is well supported through attentive care, informed guidance, and collaboration. Her goal is to help women feel heard, supported, and confident as they move forward.
Outside of her professional work, Sara enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time with family. She and her husband are the proud parents of five children and grandparents to two grandchildren.
