  • If we think an internal exam would be helpful during evaluation or treatment, we will recommend it and clearly explain the reasons for our recommendation. You may consent to or decline an internal exam at any time.

  • No, Sage PT does not accept insurance, but we’ll provide you with billing information you can submit to your insurance company. Sage partners with you, not your insurance company to offer you the best care.

    Sage PT is not enrolled with Medicare. This means that the services provided by Sage PT are not entitled to payment by Medicare.

  • No, you can make an appointment with Sage PT without a prescription.
