The Third Passage:

Tending Our Own Garden

This is a passage back to ourselves!

As women, most of us were conditioned to make sure everyone around us was nurtured; we tended the gardens of others and along the way we forgot to tend the one garden that was truly ours to care for: our own. It's time we return to tending our own garden!

This circle welcomes you exactly as you are—whether you are approaching menopause, moving through it, or integrating life on the other side.

“I realized was how important community and sisterhood truly are and how much they had been missing from my life.”

gathering every other Sunday for a 7 month journey

We will be guided by the natural rhythms of the Earth through her seasons, the Moon through her phases, and the Sun with every sunrise.

Rediscovering Our Wild Body, Our Garden
Earth, our substance

Our body is the garden we are returning to tend. Menopause is not a passage of decline. It is a return. Our changing bodies carry an ancient, primal wisdom, and this is when we reclaim it: our health, our vitality, and our sexuality, rooted in our own pleasure and on our own terms. Although each of us walks this path in her own way, when women gather, we become one another's guides and inspiration. We begin to see our own beauty reflected in each other's eyes. Together, we'll gently unravel what is false, only as much as feels safe for each of us right now. Tears will flow and laughter will erupt. We will dance, sing, breathe, share, and reconnect with parts of ourselves we had forgotten were there.

Embodying the Sovereign Queen
Moon, our becoming

Like the moon, we move in cycles, and this is our next phase: our next becoming. Our roles are shifting. We have been daughters, lovers, wives, and mothers. These roles remain a part of who we are, and now they make room for the new queen who is emerging: the queen who tends her own garden. She no longer needs to apologize, because her work is her own. She can let go of people-pleasing, even when it feels like giving up her most precious protection, because her true prerogative is to remember how to please herself. She is no longer dependent, because her garden is abundant.

Awakening the Inner Oracle
Sun, our illumination

We are learning to trust our intuition as real authority. With so much knowledge available to us, we can find our way to the guidance that is right for us. We honor the experts and listen to what they know, and we remember that they are consultants. The choice is always ours

How We'll Journey

We won't only talk about this passage. We'll live it in our bodies through:

Somatic, body-based practices: dance, intuitive movement, and singing

Nurturing self-touch: Our bodies know how to heal when we allow and support them. We'll learn lymphatic massage, breast self-massage, and other body practices

Nourishment: We'll explore the beautiful rhythm between our hormones and the changing seasons of our lives, and how to support ourselves through the change

Ritual and reflection: circle practices that help us let go of what no longer serves us and claim what's truly ours
