Christina Chaney is a Registered Yoga teacher (500 hours) and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She received her teacher training from Shine Yoga Studio and My Vinyasa Practice. She is currently enrolled in the Clinical Yoga Therapy Program at My Vinyasa Practice and expects to receive her yoga therapy certification within the year.

Movement, breath, mudra and mantra have been an important part of her training and personal practice, including training in Viniyoga and Tantra Yoga.

Christina is the owner and founder of Deep Roots Yoga and Movement in Winchester where she offers private and small group yoga classes as well as yoga therapy sessions.
